Unlike face-to-face personal trainers, whose primary goal is to help you correct your exercise form and motivate you on the gym floor, our online coaching system focuses more on the bigger picture, which means we will be taking care of your training programming, nutrition, recovery as well as mental health.

Our STR App allows you to track all of your training progress, and other body stats progress, which will be used as feedback for us coaches to make adjustments to your training.

The coaching experience was AMAZING. Since the very the first week, I have never managed to NOT get a pump by the end of the workout. By actually following the highly detailed program with the recommended rest time, intensity and the exercise details given with videos, I'm able to push more on every set. The STR App has been a life saver and has made everything much easier as a client. Although the training seems daunting at first, each workout takes about 1 to 1.5 hours and is actually really doable (this is coming from a student that is studying for his O levels at the same time). Engaging Donovan as my personal trainer has been one of the best decisions I have made. Before starting with Strength Corp, I was not completely sure what I was doing at the gym because I did not have any goals or targets I wanted to achieve. After hopping on a coaching program, my target was to look more defined and get stronger at the same time and just within 6 weeks I see changes and hit all my goals. I am surprised that I was able to adjust to the diet. Of course, there were many times where i wanted to binge. But on regular days, i've become quite comfortable going for something lighter or more nutritious, so it is not as hard as I expected. I can see myself eating cleaner for the long run. Exercise wise i still have a lot to learn because every time i think i know something, be it technique or muscle mind connection, i find out that i really don't hahha.
